Shane's Airport Transfers uses information supplied through the quote form to answer enquiries, create bookings when requested, communicate about journeys and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Information we collect

This can include your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and destination, travel dates, passenger and luggage details, flight numbers and notes you choose to provide. When you start a quote, we may also save the route, contact details you type before submitting, referral and campaign information, browser family, device type, operating platform, language and country where available.

Incomplete quotes

If you continue beyond the first journey step but do not finish the quote, we may retain that incomplete quote record for up to 30 days so we can understand drop-off and recover a request where appropriate. No automatic customer message is sent from an incomplete quote. We do not request precise GPS location for this feature.

How it is used

Quote-form and quote-progress data is sent to our private booking and quote system. Technical network information may be processed for security and rate limiting. It is not used to send automatic customer messages from the website.
