Rush hour changes the calculation
The fastest route can vary with congestion around East Lancashire, Skipton and the approaches to Leeds Bradford Airport. Do not plan the journey using a best-case off-peak time.
Work backwards from check-in
Start with the airline's recommended airport arrival time, then add a realistic road journey and an additional buffer for weekday peaks.
Pre-book the pickup time
A private transfer lets the pickup time be agreed around the flight rather than around a train or bus timetable.
