Choose space for passengers and bags together
A vehicle needs room for everyone and everything travelling. Use the guide below to describe your requirements, then tell us the number of large suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items. The vehicle arrangement is agreed with your booking.

Travelling with more than eight passengers?
For groups of 9–32, contact the office to arrange multiple vehicles. As a seating example, 16 passengers can use two 8-seat vehicles and 32 can use four; luggage and accessibility requirements may change the arrangement.

Your questions, answered
How many suitcases will fit?
It depends on the size of the cases, the passenger count and the actual vehicle. Give separate totals for large cases and cabin bags, plus dimensions for bulky items.
Do you supply the vehicle pictured for every journey?
The pictures show Shane’s Volkswagen Passat. The vehicle type for your journey is agreed with your booking.
Do children count in the passenger total?
Yes. Include every adult and child in the passenger count, and mention any child-seat requirements when requesting your quote.
