How early should I leave Blackburn for Manchester Airport?

Start with your airline’s check-in advice

Start with the time your airline asks you to be at the terminal, then work backwards.

Allow for Lancashire and Greater Manchester traffic

Road time can change significantly with time of day, roadworks and incidents.

Build in a sensible buffer

We would rather arrive with breathing room than rely on a perfect traffic run.

Tell us the terminal if you know it

Terminal information helps plan the airport approach and drop-off.
