Manchester Airport Terminal Guide

Check the terminal with your airline

Manchester Airport uses multiple terminals and airline arrangements can change. Check the terminal shown by your airline or booking confirmation before travel rather than relying on an old list.

Tell us the terminal when you know it

If you know the terminal, include it with the journey details. It helps the driver plan the airport approach and the correct drop-off area.

Allow enough time for the airport itself

Your airline's check-in guidance should be the starting point. Work backwards from that time and then add the road journey from Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley or your actual pickup address.

For airport collections

Provide the inbound flight number when possible. Flight monitoring helps plan the collection around the live arrival, and the driver or operator can confirm the meeting instructions for the terminal.
